Grossmann filmfest to host ‘The Third Person’

Iranian short flick ‘The Third Person’ has been selected to compete at the Grossmann Fantastic Film Festival in Slovenia.

The film, written and directed by Pouya Aminpour, will be screened at the Slak’s Vicious Cat section of the 17th edition of the Slovenian event, which is slated for July 16-24.

‘The Third Person’ is about a psychopath who escapes from a sanatorium in the northern forests of Iran, and the nearby patrol units follow him on the surrounding roads.

The short flick has been screened at a number of global events, including the Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival in South Korea, the Lund Fantastic Film Festival in Sweden and the Tallinn Black Nights Film Festival in Estonia.

The Grossmann Film Festival, launched in 2005, is dedicated to genre cinema which appeals to the audiences with their stories.
